Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 6–14 business days via EMS. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and other external factors.
Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of $5 USD applies to all orders.
Orders over $99 USD qualify for free shipping.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately if some products are temporarily out of stock. We are not responsible for any delays caused by split shipments and will not be liable for any resulting damages or penalties.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact you. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by such issues.
Size & Fit Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item (such as Women’s Sandals, Women’s Tops, or Women’s Necklaces) for a different size or fit, please contact our support team for assistance.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. You will receive email updates throughout the return process.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
To cancel an order within the 24-hour window, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order after the 24-hour period, you will need to wait until you receive the item and then submit a return request, as cancellation will no longer be possible.
