Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for Women’s Sandals, Women’s Tops, and Women’s Necklaces under the following conditions:
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached
Items must be returned in the original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products purchased as part of packs or bundles
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration not due to our error
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you are entitled to:
A replacement, repair, or full refund for major defects
Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
If the issue is not considered a major failure, we will offer a repair or replacement in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
